Septic repairs
Many Conditional Passes come down to one component. We repair or replace:
- Broken inlet and outlet baffles and tees
- Cracked or collapsed pipes

Full septic system replacement
When a system fails, it generally has to be upgraded within 2 years, and some towns require it before a sale. A replacement starts with an engineer's design and a Board of Health permit. We coordinate with both, then handle the excavation and installation of the new tank, distribution box and leach field, plus backfill and final grading.
